Assistant Controller

Location: Houston, TX

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Controller to support the financial operations of our upstream oil & gas business. This role will play a critical part in overseeing accounting processes related to revenue, joint interest billing (JIB), regulatory, hedge accounting, depletion, and field-level expenditures. The Assistant Controller reports directly to the Controller. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of upstream operations.

Production Accounting Analyst

Location: Houston, TX or Kilgore, TX
​
Job Summary: This position reports directly to the Supervisor of Regulatory & Production Accounting. The Production Analyst will
be primarily responsible for preparing and handling regulatory forms required by the Texas Railroad Commission
(RRC) in support of drilling and field production operations. The position will require both daily and monthly input,
allocation, and analysis of produced volumes while effectively working with regulatory consultants as well as
internal departments. The Production Analyst will require frequent communication with field personnel, revenue
accounting, production operations, and marketing with a primary focus of Texas based assets.
